How cool is this?!

The other night I received an email from Leah, one of my brides. Her wedding was October 23, 2010 in New Hampshire.  I was surprised to see this picture attached - her husband's aunt made her invitation, which you can see here, into a quilt! I think it turned out beautifully. Thank you, Leah, for sharing this photo with me!!

Digital Files can be a fabulous option!

If you have a nice color printer at home (or at work! shhh!) and don't mind spending a little extra money on ink, printing your invitations at home can be an incredible way to add some nice touches. Check out Amy Piotrowski's invitations below! She chose Brown Kraft paper and added string and sequins to dress them up. Then she used the little bird graphic I designed and had custom stamps made (you can have these done on zazzle.com) to tie it all together. These are really impressive!

All addressed and ready to go!

Thank you Amy for letting me use these photos to demonstrate how you can customize your invitations even after printing! Really awesome job!!

Well, it's been a while since my last post but in the meantime I have added pocketfold invitations to my list of offerings! I am really excited about doing these, as they are so elegant looking when they arrive in someone's mailbox. Check out the shop as there will be lots of new designs and photos coming soon!

Some very exciting things are happening!

I have started working on some cards for a bride who is making a humane society donation in lieu of favors. I am excited about this project, as my dogs (pics attached) are both rescues and I know what a great feeling it is to adopt a pet in need.

I am also designing two sets of invitations for beach brides! One with orchids, the other with starfish. This has been a fun project for me so far - my envelope is being pushed by these girls and the results have been stunning!

The starfish invitations are in my shop but haven't been printed yet. Photos to come! Check it out!
